How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Shipping in Canada is free on orders of $100 or more (before taxes and after discount codes). Under that, you'll see the carrier rates for your address at checkout. We ship from Mississauga, Ontario with Canada Post and UPS, and delivery takes up to 7 business days once your order leaves our warehouse. Shipping to the US is paused for now.
Can I return it?
No. This item is final sale, so it can't be returned or refunded. If it arrives wrong or damaged, email info@teamltdshop.com a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.
How should I wash it?
Follow the care label inside. We recommend hanging it to dry instead of using the dryer.
